Please read these terms carefully before using Wishframe. By downloading, accessing, or using Wishframe (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Wishframe

Wishframe is a manifestation and daily affirmations app intended to support your personal motivation and self-reflection practice.

2. Not medical or professional advice

Wishframe's affirmations and content are for general motivational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and Wishframe is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Wishframe.

4. Your account

If you choose to sign in, you're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you receive your login code. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Your content

You own the intentions, journal entries, and other content you create in Wishframe ("Your Content"). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and — if AI personalization is on — transmit Your Content solely to provide the App's features to you. We don't use Your Content for any other purpose, and we don't claim ownership of it.

6. Subscriptions — Wishframe Premium

• Wishframe offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Wishframe Premium") via Apple's In-App Purchase system, billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.
• New subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and you'll be charged the price shown at signup.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Wishframe cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf.
• Prices are as shown at purchase and may vary by region.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including not attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it, and not using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Wishframe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
