Wishframe ("Wishframe," "we," "us") is a manifestation and daily affirmations app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us — ggcapez@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account info. If you choose to sign in for cloud sync, we collect your email address, used only to send you a one-time login code. We never ask for or store a password.
- Profile. Your first name and the focus areas you choose during onboarding (e.g. love, money, career), used to personalize your experience.
- Your content. The intentions you type, the affirmations generated for you, which ones you favorite, and your daily streak. This is always stored on your device, and additionally in our database if you sign in to sync.
- Subscription status. If you subscribe to Wishframe Premium, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We receive only your subscription status (active, in trial, expired) through our payments provider, RevenueCat — we never see or store your payment card details.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers beyond what's required to schedule notifications, which happens entirely on your device.
2. How we use your information
- To generate your personalized affirmations
- To sync and back up your manifestations, favorites, and streak across your devices, if you're signed in
- To send the daily reminder notification you've enabled — this is scheduled entirely on your device; we don't see or store what was shown
- To manage your Wishframe Premium subscription status
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. AI-generated affirmations
When you turn on "Personalize with AI," the intention you type is sent to our server, which forwards only that text — not your name, email, or account info — to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your affirmations. Per Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train their models. When AI personalization is off or unavailable, your affirmations are generated entirely on your device from local templates and never leave your phone.
4. Where your data lives
Your synced data is stored using Supabase, with row-level security so only you can access your own records, and encrypted in transit. If you never sign in, your data stays only on your device and is never sent anywhere except the optional AI generation step above.
5. Your choices
- Export. Download a full copy of your data anytime from Settings.
- Delete. Delete all your data — locally, and from our servers if you're signed in — anytime from Settings. This can't be undone.
- Notifications. Turn off daily reminders anytime in Settings or your device settings.
- Sign out. Signing out stops cloud sync; your local data stays on your device.
6. Children's privacy
Wishframe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Wishframe grows. We'll update the date above, and for material changes, we'll let you know in the app.
