Wishframe ("Wishframe," "we," "us") is a manifestation and daily affirmations app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us — ggcapez@gmail.com.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers beyond what's required to schedule notifications, which happens entirely on your device.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
When you turn on "Personalize for me" (labelled AI-assisted in the app), the intention you type is sent to our server, which forwards only that text — not your name, email, or account info — to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your affirmations. Per Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train their models. When this setting is off or unavailable, your affirmations are hand-picked on your device from a built-in library and never leave your phone.
If you use "Vent instead" to speak your intention rather than type it, your voice is transcribed to text entirely on your device — the audio itself is never recorded to a file, never uploaded, and never sent to us or anyone else. Once you review and confirm the resulting text, it's sent to our server and on to Anthropic's Claude API the same way a typed intention is, under the same terms described above. The transcript itself is not saved after your affirmations are generated — only the resulting affirmations and a general category are kept, the same as any other manifestation. This feature requires Wishframe Premium and requires microphone access, which you can revoke anytime in your device settings.
To understand which parts of Wishframe are useful and where people get stuck, we collect anonymous usage events through PostHog — for example, that a screen was opened, that an affirmation was created, or which day of the 30-day challenge was completed. These events are tied to a random identifier, not to you.
We never send the words you write. Your intentions, your affirmations, your name, and your email are never included in analytics. When a wish is created we record only its broad category (love, money, career, health, confidence) — never the wish itself, and never a voice transcript. We do not use session recording, we do not collect your location or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
You can turn this off anytime in Settings under "Help improve Wishframe."
Your synced data is stored using Supabase, with row-level security so only you can access your own records, and encrypted in transit. If you never sign in, your data stays only on your device and is never sent anywhere except the optional AI generation and voice venting steps above.
Wishframe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as Wishframe grows. We'll update the date above, and for material changes, we'll let you know in the app.
